Todd owns the town's junk and pawn shop, Todd's Junk. He's part of the group of citizens lead by Fitzy complaining that Corner Gas' men's bathroom is in worse shape than the women's. He finds the bridge column that Davis writes in the Howler to be too hard. ("Grad '68") He buys Brent's old TV from him and they commiserate over the death of Todd's dog, Mr. Scratchy.
