Trying to find a way to get into the town's Chamber of Commerce, Lacey overhears Berkley talking to another old farmer about a 70 year old grain elevator that's going to be torn down. When Lacey addresses them, Berkley and the farmer complain that she talked to them. Later at the Dog River Hotel, after Fitzy Fitzgerald brings news that someone got the grain elevator historical status, preventing a cell phone tower from being built, Kirk and the old farmer say tearing down the elevator would change the town for the better. After Emma throws junk Oscar's collected from around town out a car window, Kirk finds a pair of pants at the side of the road. ("Lost and Found") After Hank has success with a corn stand, Brent suggests Hank buy turkey jerky in order to increase his profits. At Berkley's farm, Hank makes fun of "Berkley" rhyming with "turkey jerky" and a deal is struck in which Hank gives Kirk $500 cash for 60 boxes of jerky with a promise that Brent pay the remaining $1500 if Hank can't. Hank's corn stand burns down and Brent has to pay the $1500 to Kirk and tries to sell the jerky at Corner Gas. ("Air Show")
